Please keep in mind that installs may take from a few to several hours, depending upon the amount of coverage and the number of kits purchased. When possible, it is a good idea to let the car sit overnight after the install, to see if any edges are loose before releasing the vehicle.
Don’t buy cut-rate film online. You can never be sure what quality you are getting. All films handle differently and your installer prefers to use what he is familiar with. We cannot warranty unknown film pre-purchased by customers.
Paint Protection Film cannot be installed in extreme heat or cold. A clean, well lit indoor climate-controlled location is best.
Although we will clean it again, your car needs to be reasonably clean when it arrives for the install. If you have not washed it in 6 months, we may charge you a cleaning fee. Please do not re-wax it immediately before the install.
Please examine closely the areas that will be covered for any existing rock chips or issues with the paint. If there are some chips, please bring touch up paint to be used to fill them in before the film is installed. (There is no extra charge for this service.) You can purchase a small container of touch-up paint from your dealership. Please note that this paint should be stored indoors for the long term, not in your glove box.
If your car has recently been repainted, please note that it is recommended you let the paint cure for a period of time (a few days to a few weeks) prior to installing paint protection film. The period of time depends upon several factors, which we would be happy to explain.
